That email includes your Diet Match link with a unique license key embedded. It's all one link. You'll use that link anytime to access your Diet Match app on any device.

As you save recipes to your personal Cookbook, be sure to save them somewhere all your devices can access. For example, if you save your Cookbook file on a cloud drive, load that same file on your phone and save it back when you're done. That way, you never lose your recipe Cookbook.
